Job Title: Wireless Network Optimization Engineer (4G/5G) Job Summary: The Wireless Network Optimization Engineer is responsible for improving the performance, capacity, and quality of mobile networks (LTE/4G and NR/5G). This role involves analyzing network KPIs, identifying issues, and implementing optimization strategies to enhance user experience and network efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze network performance KPIs (e.g., accessibility, retainability, mobility, throughput) Perform optimization for 4G LTE and 5G NR networks Conduct drive tests and post-processing analysis using tools like TEMS, Nemo, or similar Identify coverage and capacity issues and propose solutions (tilt, azimuth, parameter tuning) Optimize parameters such as handovers, power control, load balancing, and interference mitigation Support network rollout, integration, and acceptance activities Analyze OSS data and generate performance reports Work closely with RF planning, transmission, and cor...
