Position Overview

The Wireless Product Technical Manager / RAN Manager is responsible for leading wireless product technology delivery and RAN engineering execution. This role focuses on team leadership, wireless project delivery, technical solution design, risk control, and customer engagement. The position ensures high-quality delivery of wireless network projects, including new site deployment, network swap projects, and network performance improvement, while acting as a key technical interface between customers and internal stakeholders.
