Job Description
- CHS(Capital XC) tool expertise -2D creation of wire harness (Mandatory).
- Good understanding and hands on experience on selection of Wire gauge , insulation, Protection, connectors, clips.
- Harness working experience in HV and LV.
- Should be able to understand and address design quality issues at vehicle and virtua
- Accountability of schematic & harness design delivery ensuring vehicle functionality & timelines.
- Design and Development of Automotive Wiring harness from concept to production.
- EDS Design calculations- Power distribution, Ground distribution, Resistance calculations.
- Running DRCs, Schematic simulation- Voltage drop and Short circuit fuse blow analysis.
- EDS Schematic Topology design for vehicle platforms, Vehicle electrical architecture & CAN backbone finalisation.
