The Role

Reporting to the Area Manager, this position is responsible for delivering the stores financial targets and company key performance indicators focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. This role will also build a team that is empowered to exceed within the retail store and overseeing the neighboring concession sites.

Key Responsibilities

• To drive sales, profit and ensure the achievement of all KPI’s as set by the company
