Reporting to the Store Manager, this role will be responsible for building strong rapport with every client through meeting their styling needs and coaching and developing our teams to inspire and build styling capability.

• Understand customer styling needs through awareness of lifestyle, body shapes and purchase history to help meet desired outcomes
• Understand and embrace each Witchery collection and bring it to life in store for our customers and team by knowing the inspiration, the key trends, the colour palette and product knowledge
