The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, this position works closely with the store team in contributing to the store profitability by receiving, handling and managing the inventory of merchandise in a timely and organised manner. It is responsible for leading and developing the stockroom team, whilst empowering them to exceed.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the store profitability by receiving, handling and coordinating the inventory of merchandise in a timely and organised manner
• Lead and develop the stockroom team to ensure effective stock control at all times
• Ensure shrink strategies are reviewed and implemented on an ongoing basis
