WMS Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Translation & System Alignment: Act as the primary WMS expert to interpret and translate the “to-be” process flows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and requirements into detailed technical system actions, configurations, and workflows within the WMS.
2. System Configuration & Build: Execute the configuration and build, and customization of the WMS platform, ensuring strict adherence to the approved process designs for all ambient warehouse functions (order downloading/releasing, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting and inventory control).
3. Requirements Validation & Gap Analysis: Collaborate with Industrial Engineering and Operations teams to validate that all functional requirements are captured and feasible within the selected WMS (Functionality offering from the WMS vs functional requirement).
