Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and system-driven Warehouse Management System (WMS) Champion to support daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate system transactions, inventory integrity, and strict compliance with warehouse SOPs. This role serves as the primary on-ground WMS user and first-line support for system-related concerns within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely WMS transactions covering receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory adjustments.
• Ensure all physical warehouse movements are properly reflected in the WMS.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and support physical inventory activities.
• Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies and system variances.
• Act as the go-to person for WMS-related questions and basic troubleshooting at the warehouse level.
