WOC Coordinator

**Position Description & Qualifications**

**Purpose of the Job:**

+ Plan, organize and direct the daily/weekly activities in the Wing Operations Centre, to meet Section service delivery objectives as outlined in the most current Statement of Work. (SOW).
+ Coordinate all aspects of the flying and training operations as outlined in Wing Flying and WOC Orders.
+ Ensure compliance with all Serco Canada Inc. policies and procedures, including but not limited to Code of Conduct and Ethics, Serco Management System, PDR’s, etc.
