Job Description
•Understand the customer information and the menu, and be responsible for preparing all the processing raw materials.
掌握客情和菜单,负责备齐加工原料;
•Responsible for processing raw materials according to the specified processing specifications.
负责按加工规格要求对原料进行制作;
•Be responsible for the processing of food raw materials, and appropriately replenish the processing based on the usage amount to ensure the kitchen's turnover inventory.
负责食品的原料加工,并根据用量进行适当添补加工,保证厨房周转库存量;
•Work closely with each department to ensure the timely and adequate supply of processing raw materials, continuously improve the processing techniques, and increase the yield rate.
与各部门密切合作,保证提供加工原料及时适量,不断改进加工工艺,提高出净率;
•Strictly implement the Shangri-La food safety policy to ensure food safety;
严格按照香格里拉食品安全政策执行,确保食品安全;
• Use and maintain the equipment properly, and store the processing tools in a safe manner.
合理使用和维护好所用器械设备,妥善保管加工用具;
