WOK CHEF

Job Scope:

• Stir-fry dishes using wok (炒锅)

• Cook noodles such as Hokkien Mee, Fried Kuey Teow, Yee Mee, Fried Rice

• Prepare Chinese seafood dishes

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and teamwork during service

Requirements:

• Experience in Chinese restaurant wok station

• Good control of wok fire and timing (wok hei)

• Able to work in fast-paced kitchen

• Responsible and team player
