Summary

The Wok Cook is well versed in the art of authentic Asian cuisine. The Wok Cook will prepare authentic Asian food and coach/mentor cooks on proper wok cooking techniques.

    • Job Duties

  • Adhering to Alberta Sanitation Code and standards and Steritech food safety protocol
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • HACCP and strict adherence to temperature control, portion control, and waste control.
  • Working in a fast paced, warm kitchen environment, with knives and sharp mechanical equipment
  • Following the directives of the Chef and Sous Chef
  • Training other cooks as assigned on proper wok cooking techniques
  • Following recipes consistently
