Job Description

women's centre supervisor - social services Salary 32.20 to 40.71 hourly (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week 
Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time 
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. 
Work setting Women's shelter 
Responsibilities Supervise terms of probation orders 
Conduct follow-up assessments 
Resolve conflict situations 
Develop service intervention logic models and outcome measures 
Supervision 11-15 people 
Credentials Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Understanding and managing aggressive behaviour (UMAB) course 
Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate 
Cultural Awareness Training 
CPR Certificate
