What you will be doing:

• Support the physical development of National Talent Pathway players through targeted coaching and performance delivery.
• Provide education and guidance across key areas of athletic performance.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver joined-up athlete support.
• Align coaching and performance delivery with wider national pathway goals and standards.
• Promote a high-performance culture that drives consistent athlete development across the pathway.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in athletic performance or strength and conditioning , ideally within a talent pathway or high-performance environment.
