WordPress Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins

• Perform backend development using Core PHP

• Customize and extend existing themes/plugins

• Implement WordPress hooks (actions & filters)

• Optimize website performance and database structure

• Integrate third-party APIs and external services

• Ensure website security and scalability

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture

• Proficiency in Core PHP (OOP preferred)

• Experience in custom plugin development

• Theme development & advanced customization

• MySQL database management

• REST API integration

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

• Git/version control knowledge

Preferred:

• WooCommerce customization

• Elementor or other page builder experience
