Job Title:  WordPress Developer (Design-Focused) 
Location:  Cape Town (Remote - Contract) 
Company:  The Ethical Agency 
Key Responsibilities Theme Customisation:  Work extensively with child themes, custom post types, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), and popular page builders such as Elementor and Divi to create visually stunning, user-friendly websites. 
Design Tools:  Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to assist with design adjustments, asset creation, and optimising graphics for web performance. Comfortable using Figma for rapid wireframe mockups. 
Plugin Management:  Troubleshoot compatibility issues and research new tools that elevate site performance and design capabilities. 
API Integration:  Connect WordPress sites to external services and APIs to enrich user experience and site functionality.
