This 17-month programme offers you a choice between three career paths that will allow you to explore our core operations in BSM and accelerate your career.

According to the path you choose, you can experience our technical, crewing, assurance, accounting, and, if you are adventurous, seagoing careers through hands-on work and training. You will also have the chance to support a global project and receive coaching from our leading experts. This is your chance to try different roles and learn about our work.
