What You'll Do:
- Design and implement targeted search strategies to identify executive and senior-level talent.
- Lead salary negotiations and manage the complete offer process for successful placements.
- Research and analyze market trends to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet specific hiring requirements.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience (mandatory).
- Advanced level of English with exceptional communication skills (mandatory).
