To join our team in Lisbon as a Customer Support Specialist—French Market you will provide support to French‑speaking customers in the home appliances industry.

What You’ll Do

• Support French‑speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with product use, troubleshooting, and warranty queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases.
• Stay up to date with new products and company updates.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and good English (B2+).
• Excellent communication and empathy skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ready for an on‑site role in Lisbon.
