Summary See below for important information regarding this job. Responsibilities Process a variety of documents, verifying data, maintaining logs and files, compiling data, researching discrepancies. Performing other administrative and clerical tasks in support of the Maintenance Operation at 2Defense Supply Center Richmond, Defense Depot Richmond, and tenant activities. Serves as the focal point of contact and is recognized as the authority on processing work orders in the Defense Property Accountability Systems (DPAS) and Enterprise Business System. Researches and provides information to customers on status, costs, actual hours, and addressing any concerns they have on work orders and service orders. Collects and accumulates a variety of statistical information (such as operational cost, cost analysis for special projects, reimbursable costs) from office files, records, and personal contacts with various activities.
