Job Description

Wood (trading locally as WOOD KSS LLP) is currently recruiting for Work Permit and Visa Specialist with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry to join our team in Atyrau 5/2, Kazakhstan (for KZ passport holders).

higher education;
knowledge and experience of application of labour legislation, as well as visa and immigration regulations;
at least 3 years’ experience in work permits & visa support, and HR administration;
competent in Microsoft Office and wider IT software; 
excellent verbal and written communications skills;
аttention to detail, ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritise;
previous experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity with confidential information;
strong skills in Excel and Word;
excellent customer relationship skills;
demonstrable experience of being able to prioritize and manage work load to achieve end result;
