Work Preparation Engineer

Job Description:
Assess incoming orders, determine necessary technical expertise, specialized materials, and tools, and identify potential risks with appropriate mitigation measures.
Material requirements planning (MRP): Taking account of spares in the inventory, identifying additional needs and scheduling order for on time delivery.
Follow the work progress / manage daily meetings with the project teams.
Perform damage/defect assessment, prepare report, proposes repair/rectification solution and liaisons with Tech Support network counterparts for maintenance beyond O & I levels. / provide associated repair costing
Manages technical solutions for unplanned work scope, including troubleshooting, repair, obsolescence management and other deviation from production plan.
