Work Ready, Release Ready Employment Broker

The Work Ready, Release Ready (WRRR) Employment Broker will oversee and drive employer engagement and servicing for the Work Ready, Release Ready Program. The role will be responsible for securing job opportunities for participants of the program, who are transitioning into the community, after being incarcerated. The role will also support the successful delivery of the Industry Stream program, within WRRR.

The role will require self-motivation and confidence in undertaking the engagement process and negotiation with generally small and medium employers.

This role is being offered on a full-time ongoing basis based across our Adelaide North sites.

 A current driver’s licence is essential for this role as there will be significant travel required.
