Key Requirements Experience with Workday API 
Proven track record in system integration 
Strong understanding of data synchronization principles 
Ability to deliver within budget 
Ideal Skills API integration experience 
Familiarity with the specific system to be integrated (Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics) 
Strong problem-solving skills 
Good communication for project updates
