Workday Associate, Talent Operations

Talent Operations at Netflix focuses on building simple, scalable, and interconnected processes that create a seamless employee experience and power integrated insights across the talent lifecycle. As a Workday Associate, you'll be part of the team ensuring our core talent system—particularly Workday—work reliably, intuitively, and in ways that strengthen talent data quality across the company.

You'll support day-to-day Workday operations, partner closely with Talent Tech, Service Delivery and People Analytics, and cross-functional teams to reduce friction in data processing in Workday.
