The Workday Compensation Senior Principal Consultant Global Application Managed Services (AMS) is a well experienced post-production professional who is dynamic, fast-paced, and familiar with the managed services construct. Responsibilities:
Onshore lead who leads Compensation workstream for the assigned set of accounts
Apply and execute various AMS methodologies/activities in these Workday HCM engagements for the Compensation workstream
Should collaboratively work with offshore & nearshore team on day -day activities, incidents, root cause analysis and other work requests
Provides on-call support and holiday coverage as required
