Workday Compensation Solution Arch and Functional Lead

As the Workday Advanced Compensation Solution Architect & Functional Lead, you will be accountable for shaping end-to-end business and system solutions that deliver measurable value to the client. You will lead current-state assessments, define high-level business requirements, design future-state processes, and ensure solution alignment with the client’s strategic objectives.

In this role, you are expected to act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Workday—particularly in Core HCM and Advanced Compensation—while providing leadership, functional guidance, and decision‑making support across the project team.
