We are looking for an experienced Workday specialist to support an HCM implementation using Workday. The role is part of a Business & Technology Integration team working with a leading financial services organization that is modernizing its HR systems.
Role Overview
As the Workday Advanced Compensation Solution Architect & Functional Lead, you will design and lead end-to-end Workday solutions, focusing on Core HCM and Advanced Compensation. You will work closely with clients and project teams to understand business needs, design future-state HR processes, and ensure the Workday solution supports the client's long-term goals.
You will act as a Workday subject matter expert, providing functional leadership, guidance, and decision support throughout the project.
