Overview

Workday Configuration Lead for Talent Acquisition in the HR Digital Solutions team. You will support the ongoing enhancement of Workday to deliver a positive user experience. You will collaborate with partners across HR, related business groups, and Technology partners to deliver system changes in a thoughtful, thorough, and consultative manner. The successful candidate should foster positive relationships, be solution oriented, and have a keen attention to detail. As a subject matter expert, you will stay up to date with Workday best practices and enhancements and the roadmap. What will you do?

Contribute to the ongoing design and enhancement of the HR solution in Workday to reflect RBC HR strategy and requirements.
