Workday Domain Lead, Talent Acquisition

Overview

Workday Configuration Lead for Talent Acquisition in the HR Digital Solutions team. You will support the ongoing enhancement of Workday to deliver a positive user experience. You will collaborate with partners across HR, related business groups, and Technology partners to deliver system changes in a thoughtful, thorough, and consultative manner. The successful candidate should foster positive relationships, be solution oriented, and have a keen attention to detail. As a subject matter expert, you will stay up to date with Workday best practices and enhancements and the roadmap.

What will you do?

• Contribute to the ongoing design and enhancement of the HR solution in Workday to reflect RBC HR strategy and requirements.
• Engage with HR Centres of Expertise, HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Workday configuration and development.
