English Level: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate or higher)

Associate / Consultant (2–4 years)

• 2–4 years of experience in technical consulting, software development, integrations, or enterprise system implementations (ERP, HCM, Financials).
• Experience participating in the design or development of custom technical solutions on enterprise platforms.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in client-facing environments.
