Job Description
**CTG is seeking to fill a Workday HCM & Compensation Consultant position for our client.**
**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 6 months
**Duties:**
+ Configure and maintain Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation modules.
+ Design, develop, and implement new Job Profile Catalogs.
+ Mass create Job Profiles via EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
+ Manage Job Profile attributes, including Job Level, Job Level Hierarchy, and Job Classifications.
+ Collaborate with HR and business teams to implement compensation strategies and eligibility rules within Workday.
+ Work independently on complex projects and provide guidance on best practices for Workday configuration.
+ Support Workday Cloud implementations and ensure system alignment with organizational needs.
**Skills:**
+ Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems.
+ Hands-on experience with Workday Ecosystem and Workday Cloud applications.
