Workday HCM team , responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting core HR processes within Workday. This role ensures seamless HR operations, compliance, and employee experience across diverse business functions.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain

Workday HCM modules

(Core HCM, Benefits, Talent, Compensation, Absence, US Payroll, Security, Business Processes).
Partner with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable HCM solutions.
Support integrations between Workday HCM and external systems.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing configurations.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, data security, and regulatory requirements.
Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
