Workday HCM Manager (Continuous Value Services)

The Workday HCM Manager (Continuous Value Services) serves as a billable lead or consultant to our postproduction clients. The individual in this role will manage a team of Continuous Value Services Consultants and assist with sales activities and resourcing. They will work closely with Engagement Managers to identify business needs, assist with staffing, and ensure work/life balance of our consultants is monitored and adjusted appropriately.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, develop, manage, and retain a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting technologies within the Cognizant Workday areas of HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Talent and other cross functional touchpoints.
Work closely with Engagement Managers and team members to identify project needs and develop solutions and strategies.
