Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, manage, and retain a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting technologies within the Cognizant Workday areas of HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Talent and other cross-functional touchpoints.
• Work closely with Engagement Managers and team members to identify project needs and develop solutions and strategies.
• Support development and refinement of Continuous Value Services post-production process and materials and drive methodology acceptance and application across projects by all team members.
• Perform role of counselor and coach for people development within the team.
• Create initiatives where team members can assist on building the Continuous Value Services practice.
