Workday HCM Specialist

**About the role**



As a Workday HCM Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Workday Human Capital Management system. You will be a valued member of the EPS team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform supports strategic workforce planning, complies with HR policies, and delivers a seamless user experience across global teams.



**In this role, you will:**



+ Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, and Talent Management.

+ Gather and analyze business requirements to design scalable HCM solutions.

+ Implement new Workday features and enhancements across global teams.

+ Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
