& SummaryAs a Senior Associate, you will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) application and participate in the successful implementation of Workday HCM with a focus on Recruiting, Talent / Performance Management and Learning in Workday. You will provide Workday product and implementation knowledge to our engagements. You will collect and analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.
