Role SummaryIndependently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs.Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements.Perform or support data migration activities as required.Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review.Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules.Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs.Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.Functional CompetencyRequirement Gathering: Documents clear business needs during wor...
