Required Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience (Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, RaaS).
• Strong understanding of HR systems landscape and HR data flows.
• Experience with integration patterns: APIs, REST/SOAP, Events, SFTP, middleware tools.
• Experience working with cloud ecosystems (AWS / Azure).
• Ability to review or troubleshoot logic in Java/Python (optional but valuable).
• Strong analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with architects and engineering teams.
• Exposure to GenAI/AI‑driven automation is a plus.
