Workday Integration Lead

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Lead to design, build, and manage integrations between Workday and external systems. This role provides technical leadership across integration activities, ensuring reliable data exchanges and alignment with business and platform best practices. The Integration Lead works closely with functional teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders across the full integration lifecycle.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Workday integrations
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration developers
• Design and build integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services
• Oversee integration architecture, data mappings, and transformation logic
• Ensure integrations follow Workday best practices, security, and compliance standards
