Workday Integrations Senior Lead Analyst (REMOTE)

**What you will do:**

As our Senior Lead Analyst, Workday Integrations, you will work to understand business needs, including the processes for end-to-end business solutions for HR functions, with a heavy focus on the Workday Integration Cloud Platform. You will provide advanced technical leadership and guidance for Workday integrations, influencing integration design decisions and advising on complex, cross-domain solutions.

You will be responsible for building strong collaborative relationships across the organization in areas that include HR COEs, business-facing HR, Finance, Compliance, Audit, and internal/external Communications with a specific focus on the Workday integration functionality, capabilities, and tools **.** Additionally, you will design, build, deploy, and consult on integration activities for HR projects, priorities, and enhancements, while providing architectural guidance, risk assessment, and strategic input when solutioning requirements.
