Job Overview

Workday Learning Reporting Specialist will ensure delivery of all learning related reports to all ING Groups and Stakeholders. Help promote, build, standardize and operationalize Workday Learning Reports to achieve seamless, efficient and quality reporting processes. We are currently expanding our scope, therefore we're looking for innovative fresh members who would bring perspective and new ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily deliver reports requested by the business,
• Maintain reporting catalog for learning,
• Participate in global projects such as discovering global needs and preparing global solutions, working on security roles etc.,
• Support the requestors with understanding presented data,

Key Capabilities/Experience Have at least 1 year experience in Workday reports development,

• Have knowledge of dashboard creation in Workday,
