Workday Payroll Product Manager

RGP is looking for a Workday US Payroll Product Manager who has processed payroll in the past to own and optimize a payroll ecosystem for ~10,000+ U. . employees. You’ll drive the product strategy, lead system enhancements, ensure compliance, and partner with HR, Payroll Operations, Finance, and IT to deliver accurate, efficient payroll processes.

•Serve as primary product owner for Workday US Payroll, from requirements to deployment.

•Maintain the payroll roadmap aligned with HR and Finance goals.

•Monitor Workday releases and implement relevant new features.

•Partner with Payroll Operations, Time & Attendance, and Absence Management to ensure data accuracy.

•Oversee integrations with Workday HCM, Benefits, Darwin Mercer, tax providers, and financial systems.
