Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Workday Prism Analytics solutions, including data pipelines, transformations, and visualizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday Prism reports and dashboards.
- Optimize and manage data ingestion, transformation, and aggregation processes within Workday Prism.
- Ensure seamless integration between Workday Prism and external data sources.
- Develop and maintain Workday Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and Composite Reports .
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Workday Prism analytics.
- Assist in Workday security setup for Prism data access and governance.
- Provide training and support to business users on Workday Prism functionalities and best practices.
