Workday Reporting & Analytics Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting & Analytics Lead to join our in-house Workday team and help strengthen, optimize, and scale our enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities. This role will play a critical part in supporting our Workday environment following go‑live, with a focus on improving reporting accuracy, stabilizing dashboards and data models, strengthening governance, and enabling better business decision‑making across HR, Finance, and Shared Service Operations. The ideal candidate brings deep hands‑on experience across the Workday Reporting Suite, including Advanced Reporting, Composite Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, and Prism Analytics. Experience across Workday HCM, Financials, and PSA / Professional Services Automation is strongly preferred.
