Overview

The Workday Reporting & Prism Analytics Senior Principal Consultant plays a senior role, partnering with clients to deliver ongoing reporting and analytics solutions that extend the value of their Workday investment. This role focuses on post production support and continuous optimization across HCM and/or Financials , leveraging Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Prism Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, enhancement, and support of complex Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics within an AMS delivery model.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics, advising clients on best practices and scalable design.
• Translate business requirements into effective analytics solutions through direct collaboration with functional and technical stakeholders.
