Are you passionate about HR systems and eager to make an impact in a global organization? We're looking for a Workday Senior Specialist to take ownership of our global Workday HCM system and support HR teams around the world.
What You Will Be Doing
Global System Administration: Design, configure, and maintain the Workday HCM system to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Technical Support: Act as a trusted advisor to HR users, resolving Workday-related queries and managing service requests and enhancements.
Process & Configuration Enhancements: Collaborate on planning, solutioning, and testing of process improvements and new functionalities.
Project Participation: Contribute to strategic projects aimed at improving system capabilities and user satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Share best practices and help evolve the team's ways of working across the organization.
