Workday Talent and Performance Management Part time Consultant

Agilysis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Workday Performance Management Consultant to join our team on part time basis. In this role you will be assisting clients with the design, implementation, and optimization of the Workday Performance Management module. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Workday’s performance management functionalities, a strategic mindset, and a passion for helping organizations achieve excellence through efficient HR practices.

Job Duties
Lead the support and optimization for the use of Workday Talent and Performance modules
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to define performance strategies and translate them into system configurations and process improvements
Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience and increase adoption of talent processes within Workday
