Workday Technical Product Lead – HCM

5+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Modules. Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently across different time zones in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels within the organization. Comfortable with SDLC and Agile product delivery frameworks and tools such as JIRA.
