Permanent | Madrid (Remote within Spain considered)

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on Workday experience
• Strong expertise in Time Tracking & Absence configuration
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end implementations
• Currently or previously Workday Certified in Time Tracking and/or Absence
• Fluent Spanish (or full professional proficiency)
• Strong communication skills with experience leading client workshops

Preferred / Bonus Points:

• Experience working for a Workday Partner or consultancy
• Experience working in fast-paced, multi-client environments
• Strong understanding of Spanish labour/time regulations
